Shipping policy

Shipping carriers have been experiencing short staffing issues and other logistical disruptions. But in most cases the package will still be delivered on the scheduled delivery date. Please expect delays for all shipping methods. Please take into account that shipping refunds for late packages have been suspended by the carriers during this time.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat rate of $10.00 for orders below $199 and Free Shiiping for orders $200 +. You may choose other carrier available rates carriers during the checkout process. Live rates are provided by the carrier based on the shipping address and number of items ordered. The more items added to the order, the cheaper it gets. How do you find your shipping rate? When can i expect to receive my order?

Most of the orders are to be received in just 1 day or you can receive it in 2-3 days depending on the distance from the shipping origin. Make sure to check UPS map and shipping times. We offer several shipping methods that you get to choose from. 

Can i trust i will receive my order on the selected date?

The delivery date you select is the estimated scheduled delivery date and not guaranteed. Only "Express" is guaranteed by us. Most of the time packages are delivered on the delivery date selected, but keep in mind, shipping carriers have a late delivery rate of 3% to 5% due to customs clearance, holidays, delivery location, weather. If your order is time sensitive, we strongly recommend choosing a quicker shipping option.

My Package shows delivered but i never received it?

Though this is not a common issue, it may happen from time to time. Shipping carriers may scan your order by mistake or by anticipating the delivery while the order is still on its way. Please be patient and wait until the end of the day. Make sure you first follow up in your own residence to see if someone else did receive the package and/or in other places where packages have been delivered in the past. There are also random and unfortunate cases where packages are stolen. You should provide a safe place for package delivery. When the package is stolen both the carrier and the supplier cannot take any responsibility. Still if the tracking is provided and you did not acknowledge package receipt, then an investigation must be conducted before we are able to refund and or re-ship the product. Please take this into account when requesting refund.

  • All orders placed before the established cut off time, are to be shipped on the same day with the exception of Holidays. After the Cut-Off time, orders will be shipped the following day with the exception of Fridays and Saturdays in which orders are shipped on the following Monday.
  • We ship from Allen,Texas.
  • When an order ships, a tracking number will be emailed.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery to a unit such as an apartment, condo, or suite.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery when the order value is $200+.
  • The package may be available for pick up at a UPS Access Point if the carrier is unable to deliver it on the first attempt
  • Sales tax is charged according to the state, province, or territory to which the package is being shipped.
  • Products may be delivered in separate packages, depending on the size of the order.
  • All balloons are shipped packaged and not inflated.
  • International packages may incur additional import taxes and duties upon delivery.
