General Conditions

  • You may return new, unopened items within 14 days from the date of the transaction.
  • You must have the invoice receipt or have provided e-mail or phone number during check-out.
  • Returned items must be returned in original packaging.
  • Returned items must be new, unopened and have no visible signs of use.
  • All returns and exchanges must include original receipt.
  • Return transactions will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Exceptions

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Seasonal items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Foil items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Electrical items, structures and sizers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Stand items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Refunds DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING CHARGE shown on the packing slip and invoice.

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our store with the receipt or send an email to mangoballoonstore@gmail.com with the subject "RETURN REQUEST" to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. 

Refunds will be processed EXCLUSIVELY to the original credit or debit card or Paypal account used for the purchase; there are no cash refunds. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned products. The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding shipping, freight and any other relevant fees, including customs or import fees, if any. Except for damaged or incorrect products received, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. 

Cancellations and Changes to Online Orders
Mango Balloon Store will endeavor to arrange the dispatch of your order as soon as we receive it. If you wish to cancel or make changes it, please call us at (469) 393-1183 as soon as possible, and let us know your order number. If a shipping label was already created for your order, unfortunately, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Once you receive the product(s), if you still wish to change it, you would have to return it following the “Return” terms and conditions.

Please note that all claims will be honored at the discretion of Mango Balloon.

Mango Balloon reserves the right to refuse to refund or replace any customer claims when returns are excessive and it appears that the policy is being manipulated or abused.
